These terms govern purchases through zazza.shop. By placing an order you accept what is written below.

2. Order and contract
The contract is considered concluded when you receive confirmation of the order by email. Until dispatch we may decline an order if the item turns out to be out of stock — in which case we tell you at once.
3. Prices
All prices are in euro, taxes included. Delivery is charged separately and is calculated at checkout.
4. Payment
Payment is on delivery, in cash to the courier.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason — longer than the 14 days required by the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. The conditions and the model withdrawal form are on the Returns and complaints page.
6. Guarantee and conformity
For every item we answer for its conformity with the contract under the Bulgarian Act on the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods. The statutory period is two years from delivery.
7. Complaints
Complaints are accepted at zdravei@zazza.shop. We reply in writing within 30 days.
8. Disputes
In a dispute you may turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection or to a conciliation commission attached to it.
The European Commission maintains a platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We have not undertaken to use a conciliation procedure, but we consider every complaint.
